In partnership with Bristol City Council and Steve England Outdoor Learning, the Stoke Park Project used events, surveys and conversations to understand local people’s priorities for preserving heritage and creating access in Stoke Park.
With free events focusing on history, wildlife, conservation, bushcraft and wellbeing, there was something for everyone. Walkers learnt all about the heritage, history and nature of the park, and afterwards had the opportunity to join the community conversation. Through meaningful conversation and surveys, our community can influence future spending and management of the park, including regarding access, heritage and conservation.
