Our Board

Anna is an experienced third‑sector leader with a proven record in both local and national charities. As chair of the board of trustees, she is committed to supporting LNT and the Lockleaze community, encouraging collaboration so they can bring their vision for change to life. Anna also raises a family in Lockleaze and is deeply dedicated to making the neighbourhood the best it can be.

Dulith is an accountant with past experience working with local charities through his background in audit and general practice. His aims are to help LNT serve the community through their many projects, spaces and activities and was inspired by the work that he has seen carried out by the team. With a strong belief in the power of neighbourhood community and the warmth it can provide, he hopes to offer expertise where it’s needed most.

Peter is a retired accountant who has lived in the area for most of his life. He is pleased to offer his accounting skills and experience to LNT as treasurer, and enjoys giving back to the community.

James is a local resident with a background in youth and community work. He lives in Lockleaze with his wife, two sons and dog. He’s a trustee because he wants our community to be the best it can be for everyone who lives here.

Ihnji has always been interested in community-led processes of urban regeneration, and was grateful to be welcomed by LNT as a trustee in 2023. She has witnessed and participated in different activities led by LNT, concerning housing advocacy and landscape improvements, gaining practical understanding of community-led initiatives. Jan is a retired architect with most of his career having been in social housing. He was delighted initially to be involved in giving design advice on our nineteen homes on Constable Rd, expected on site Autumn 2026. This has now broadened to advising on all the buildings, the new Cameron Centre, St James, the Hub and Turner Gardens, in terms of design, construction and contract. He says “It is great for me, in this way, to be able to support the wonderful work of LNT”.

Bob Walters is an experienced third sector leader currently working with several local charities as a trustee, caring and guiding individuals and groups. He says ‘every time we stop and talk, we are caring. I am passionate about supporting LNT and our Lockleaze community to come together and create the change they want to see.’
