We had a very misty day for our third Stoked to Run event.
It also happened to be Blue Monday, which is known as the saddest day of the year, so we did the opposite and got together for a 5km run.

This was our biggest group so far, with five of us joining.
To banish the blues away we all made an effort to wear something colourful.
Chatting along the way and stopping to pet the goats will always boost our mood, even on the greyest of days.

To top it all off, there was a small surprise waiting for us after the run: homemade muffins.
A perfect reward after a cheerful run on a grey day.
Join us next time on the 9th of February at 9.30am at The Hub.
