Health and Wellbeing

We create opportunities for residents to connect and improve wellbeing through art, walking and mindfulness.

With our volunteers, we run several regular groups which support the health and wellbeing by providing opportunities to connect together and support each other on our journey to improved mental and physical wellbeing.

At the Hub, we also have lots of information about services, groups and classes across Lockleaze. You can also check out our resources page or what’s on.

Previously in this project, we’ve worked on a wellbeing passport, support groups, guided meditation and mindfulness, thrive courses and a wellbeing directory on Padlet.
