Thank you to all residents who came to our recent Energy Advice Event- over 150 of you. We love having so many Lockleaze residents in the building. We are very pleased that together with our partner Ovo we were able to support 115 local households with free energy saving devices and in-person advice and support.

We were especially excited to get so many different organisations together- helping you access information to save money and make choices about your energy.
I’ve been leaving my heating on low as I thought that’s what you had to do- now I know I can turn it off and with my new smart thermostat I can turn it on using my phone-amazing. I can’t thank you enough.
I found out loads and I’ve got the leaflets to follow up about a heat pump and some other changes I want to make. This event has been really useful.
As usual many of you mentioned how important it is to have a real person to talk to- especially when you are trying to sort out an issue with your bills.
I had help with my water bill straight away-thank you
I got to talk to two organisations that I have been trying to get an appointment with for weeks.
Everyone was friendly and helpful. Thank you for helping me and I love my heated throw.
