Last Friday Boing! Soft Play was delighted to host the brilliant charity Period Friendly Places. Their mission is to eradicate period poverty across Bristol while helping people learn more about reusable period products.
Danny and Lucy from the charity spent time at the event sharing advice, answering questions and helping visitors learn more about reusable period products. It was wonderful to see people having open and relaxed conversations about periods in a supportive space. One visitor mentioned:

Visitors were able to take away free period pants, menstrual cups and disposable sanitary products, helping ensure that essential items are accessible to those who need them.
Period Friendly Places also keep Lockleaze Neighbourhood Trust stocked with free reusable period products, which are available in all of our toilets.
We’re proud to support this fantastic initiative and hope to host more events like this in the future.
