Thank you to the 7 amazing residents who collected 8 bags from around the area last week. It was an incredibly hot day so they made sure they finished before the temperature got too high.
This was the second of three litter picks Maegan, local resident, has organised as part of our community led action pilot project. Maegan wanted to make a difference in Lockleaze and connect with like minded neighbours- she did both and got some exercise outdoors too.
Lockleaze Neighbourhood Trust is proud to support our residents who take action for our community. Please join Maegan and other residents for the next litter picks on Tuesday 19th August 10-11am. Meet at The Hub and all kit provided.
