A Bristol resident who took part in a previous Spirit of Place process at Oldbury Court said, “The process was great fun, community walks and discussions in the Park, discovering hidden heritage and thinking of different aspects of the park in a new way. The Spirit of Place themes and principles have informed a major plan for development in the Park, reclaiming the deserted council depot (once the Manor House kitchen garden) for community use. The Spirit of Place document, and the work we put into it, will be relevant and valuable for the future.”
