The Stoke Park Project is a collaboration with Lockleaze Neighbourhood Trust, Bristol City Council and Steve England Outdoor Learning. We are working together to promote community conversations about your heritage conservation priorities and which access improvements are needed for Stoke Park.
Thank you to the residents who joined us for the History Tour, the first event in this exciting programme. We spent an enjoyable morning learning about the fascinating history of Stoke Park, including the many historical monuments and heritage features.

We travelled back in time, following in the footsteps of some of the many people connected with Stoke Park’s past whilst exploring and discovering some of the many hidden gems.
‘Fascinating, I learnt so much- thank you’
‘Really interesting to hear about the different owners of the park and their connections’
‘I had no idea there were so many historical features and monuments’

After the walk, we were able to discuss which features we felt were important to maintain as part of our heritage.
Don’t miss out, join in the conversion as we explore Stoke Park together.
