Lockleaze Community-Led Housing Update Meeting

Over the last few years, LNT has been co-designing new Community-Led social housing on Constable Road/ Turner Gardens Gateway in Lockleaze. Our aim is to create good quality, well designed social housing in Lockleaze. Planning permission to get those houses built, led by Housing Association Abri, with building hopefully starting towards the end of 2026.
In this meeting you’ll hear about:
- What the final design will look like.
- What the timeline is for the build.
- How our Lockleaze Lettings Policy works.
There will be a Q&A with our LNT team, and representatives from Abri and Bristol City Council.
