Come and meet Alzheimer’s Society at Hubbub Cafe.
At each session you can ask questions about dementia, share your experiences and get the help, advice and information you need in an informal and relaxed setting.
The stand will be in Hubbub Cafe, a friendly community cafe where you can get hot drinks and snacks.
