Accessible Exercise

An exercise class for people with limited mobility, additional needs and wheelchair users. The exercises can be done sitting down or with support using a chair.

Michelle supports participants to gently exercise their mobility. The exercises are done to upbeat music and singing is encouraged.

First session is free. Accompanying carers are free.
