New Housing Update – One and Two-Bed Houses at Bonnington Walk Development.
Green Square Accord, the developers at the Bonnington Walk development, have informed us that some one and two bed flats in the Sage House block will be advertised on HomeChoice in the next few weeks.
50% of these homes will be allocated to people who meet the local connection criteria within the Lockleaze Local Lettings Policy (LLP). This means that if you are registered with HomeChoice and are eligible for the LLP, your bid will be given a higher level of priority.
