SUMMARY:Nature Volunteering at Orpen Gardens and Coppers' Green
DESCRIPTION:Come and join local residents to create and look after more nature areas! \\nWe will be at Orpen Gardens (BS7 9UA)\\\, where we will be creating a brand new meadow\\\, with lots of raking and sowing seeds. \\nThen we’ll move just down the hill to Coppers Green (BS7 9TN\\\, next to Orpen Gardens bus stop) to cut the meadow there down for the winter. We’ll be using scythes and all equipment and training is provided. \\nBoth green spaces are off Romney Avenue\\\, a bit down the hill from Trinity Academy. \\nEveryone is welcome including supervised children\\\, and there are tasks for all. Please dress sensibly and bring water. Some refreshments will be available. \\nCall 07708 471787 on the day if you can’t find us.
